While Printify states they run bigger than usual, I personally ordered a medium sample, and I would say it is only mildly bigger than my Hanes medium cotton crew neck t-shirts.
I use dropshipping through Printify to produce and ship these shirts. As such, they are printed on demand, limiting the material footprint of keeping items on hand.
